シカゴにはもう1つ人気のラーメン屋があるんです。それは、”Strings Ramen ストリングスラーメン”です。
今はチャイナタウンにありますが、もうじきリンカーンパークにも出店予定です。

この店の全部のラーメンを試したよ。冬の地獄ラーメンもおでんラーメンもうまい！
寒いシカゴのためにちょっと体を太らしとこうぜ。
I’ve tried all the noodles, even the winter jigoku special and I’ll say, while all the noodles and oden are tasty, I’ve perfected the perfect bowl of noodles. Follow my directions and you’re well on your way to delicious food heaven, with a little extra body padding ready for Chicago’s winter hibernation.
おでんラーメンは、これですね。すげー（笑）
黒豚味噌ラーメンは濃厚で激ウマ。量も十分だし、スパイシーバンブー（支那竹）もオススメ。
I had the Miso Ramen with Kuro Buta (pork) $12.95, which was really rich and delicious, so rich it starts to form a bit of a film if left more than a minute untouched, eek. Portions and presentation are huge and fabulous! Definitely recommend the Spicy bamboo side, for $1.95. Though, it lacks any hint of spice it was crisp and cooling and perfectly counteracted the rich ramen!
ここのラーメンはシカゴでベストだ！隠れ家みたいな場所だけで、シェフは一杯一杯にプライドを持っている。
This is truly the best ramen house in Chicago, it’s a small place compared to restaurants standards but it truly is a hidden gem. it’s obvious that the chef takes great pride in his dishes, the complexity and time that it takes to develop the flavors that he then combines in each bowl of ramen. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR THE BEST RAMEN!!!!

wasabiが2号店を出すなんて話もあるし、日本よりもラーメンうまくなっちゃうんじゃないかな？
